About Carl: Born 40 years ago in Windhoek, I can honestly say that I am totally in love with this beautiful country called Namibia. I am the youngest of three siblings. I was schooled at the well known and respected Windhoek High School in the late nineties. I started to work straight out of school as a counter salesman selling stationery and toners – thus being introduced to sales at a very young age. Outside work I am a normal bloke that cherishes the time I spent with my family and pets. I love to braai, cook, travel and read – a visit to Croatia is high up on my bucket list!  

Why I love Real Estate: Continuous learning – Since the housing market is fast paced and constantly changing you are forced to adapt and learn all the time . There is no room for complacency, you are being kept on your times all the time – I love the challenge!! You also get to meet some really fantastic people!
